How To Hang On To The Joy And Sidestep The Perils

The short and most reliable answer can be summed up in two words: Completion Manager. And I’m not speaking about the completion managers employed by your center. I’m talking about “Independent Completion Oversight Assets”. These are individuals or companies that are highly specialized in managing everything that we discussed in the article above. From stiff and sometimes stifling regulatory snags to complex engineering issues and the inevitable scheduling and budgetary issues, these professionals (if selected wisely) are worth their weight in gold – especially when it comes to your wallet and your sanity.
Doing a little homework and identifying one of these assets will be the single most important thing you’ll do in serving up a smooth ride through a very complex endeavor.
