F/LIST expands Dubai facility to support growing aftermarket opportunities in the Middle East

Dubai, United Arab Emirates/2 December 2025 – F/LIST, the Austrian-based pioneer of high-end interiors for aircraft cabin interiors, has significantly expanded its footprint in Dubai. In response to increased demand for F/LIST’s exceptional high-quality aftermarket services and customized cabin materials from Middle East-based aviation customers, the company has more than doubled its floor space at its new 900m2 facility.

The brand-new F/LIST facility is located within the Dubai South Freezone, Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport. To support the growing roster of customers, the facility will be home to an expanded workforce of 25 experts, a showroom with an extensive display of products and customization choices, and purpose-designed workshops and studios from where technicians will offer full access to interior aftermarket services, including upholstery and carpentry repairs.

Selected for its proximity to customers and excellent ecosystem at the busy aviation hub, the new location’s dedicated showroom features a curated selection of more than 1,000 material samples, including wood veneers, stone finishes, leathers, fabrics, woven materials, and metal finishes, allowing visitors to explore the full collection in person.

“All our materials are engineered for beauty, practicality, and durability, and are fully qualified for aerospace use,” explains Markus Schröcker, Group Director Customer Relations & Sales and manager of the expanded Dubai facility. “We understand that we need to produce products that exude elegance but meet the rigorous demands for hygiene, weight efficiency and sustainability. Our contemporary space provides a reliable resource for aftermarket services, as well as an opportunity to showcase our interiors expertise in a dedicated environment. We know that our customers will welcome the proximity and streamlined access to our services.”

 

The move is representative of the continued evolution of F/LIST, which, in addition to operating in more than ten locations globally, now supports a diverse portfolio of residential and, under the brand F/YACHTING, yachting customers, as well as its recently launched commercial airline product offering for premium cabins. It is anticipated that the Dubai location will act as a springboard for regional airlines to discover more about the F/LIST portfolio before continuing the conversation with the commercial aviation division based at the Austrian headquarters in Thomasberg.

 

The group’s portfolio includes the industry’s first fully heat-release-compliant wood veneer, the F/LAB Stone Inlay, which brings the beauty of natural stone into the cabin, and a series of bio-based products: F/LAB Aenigma and F/LAB Natural Oil varnish. All these materials adhere to the F/LIST sustainable philosophy in terms of production, materials, and weight efficiency. This eco-conscious approach minimizes waste and underscores the company’s dedication to responsible innovation.
